Brian Kilmeade

Born: May 07, 1964 – New York City, New York, United States

Brian Kilmeade is an American television and radio host and author focused on U.S. history, politics, and current affairs. Best known as a co-host of Fox News Channel’s Fox & Friends, he has also written several New York Times bestselling history books, including George Washington’s Secret Six and Thomas Jefferson and the Tripoli Pirates.

Biography & Author's Journey

Brian Kilmeade’s public career grew out of a more local Long Island story. He grew up in Massapequa, later returned there as an adult, and graduated from LIU-CW Post in 1986 with a B.A. in communications, specializing in political science; he also played college soccer. That sport was his first serious ambition, and he has described his father, who coached him, as a central early influence. The death of his father in an accident, followed by the realization that his own soccer aspirations would not become a professional life, became the decisive emotional turn that pushed him toward broadcasting. In his telling, disappointment did not end the story; it redirected it. ((https://www.briankilmeade.com/about?utm_source=openai))
