Patrick Lencioni, born in 1965 in Bakersfield, California, emerged as a leading authority on business management, organizational health, and team dynamics. Raised in a Catholic household by Richard, a sales representative, and Mauren Lencioni, he attended Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish and Garces Memorial High School, earning recognition as student body president and valedictorian. Lencioni continued his academic pursuits at Claremont McKenna College, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and Spanish. It was there he met his wife, Laura, with whom he shares four sons.
