
Jennifer Taitz is a clinical psychologist and assistant clinical professor of psychiatry at UCLA whose work centers on cognitive and dialectical behavior therapy, stress, relationships, and emotional eating. She wrote End Emotional Eating, How to Be Single and Happy, and Stress Resets, which have received honors including an ABCT Seal of Merit and Next Big Idea Club recognition.
