Danny Iny’s career combines early entrepreneurship with later formal business training. Mirasee’s published biography says he left high school at 15 to start his first business and later completed an MBA at Queen’s University School of Business. Before building the company that became Mirasee, he had already founded a software venture focused on teaching children to read. That earlier startup imploded in 2008 and left him with more than $250,000 in personal debt, a setback he would later frame less as a final defeat than as a plot twist in a longer story.
