    To avoid becoming overwhelmed by the "menu of options" in human potential, the script suggests starting small and keeping the plan simple—ideally a one-page document. Rather than overhauling every aspect of life at once, you should select only three key focus areas for a ninety-day period, such as one goal each for Body, Mind, and Spirit. Breaking these larger goals down into "mini-goals," like meditating for just two minutes a day, helps build momentum and self-trust through immediate wins.

    Feedback is described as the "GPS" that prevents you from drifting off-course.
