As someone who's spent decades in operations and talent development with some of the world's most dynamic companies, I've witnessed firsthand the relentless stream of new processes, regulations, products, and technologies that employees must contend with. At the center of this whirlwind sits L&D, tasked with ensuring people have the knowledge and skills to execute, yet often lacking the time and resources to do so effectively. This book is my answer to that pressing question. It's a practical approach to navigating the nonstop workplace change that has become our new normal. I'm challenging the traditional L&D mindset with a framework I've developed and tested over years of experience. This framework, which I call the Modern Learning Ecosystem, is designed to make right-fit support a meaningful part of the everyday workflow.
