Биография и Путь Автора

Kenneth H. Blanchard emerged from an academic foundation before becoming one of the best-known writers in modern management. Born in Orange, New Jersey, in 1939, he earned a BA in government and philosophy from Cornell University in 1961, an MA in sociology and counseling from Colgate University in 1963, and a PhD in education administration and leadership from Cornell in 1967. After teaching at Ohio University, he spent 1970 to 1976 on the faculty at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. A major early turning point came with Management of Organizational Behavior, the 1969 text he coauthored with Paul Hersey, which introduced the Situational Leadership model. Another came in 1979, when he and his wife, Margie Blanchard, co-founded the leadership training business that later became Blanchard. ((https://lead.blanchard.com/biography/))
