GTD helps you clear your mind by recording every task into a trusted inbox so nothing falls through the cracks. Time Blocking then takes those tasks and assigns them specific slots on your calendar. To be most effective, you should block off "themes" or "contexts" (like "Deep Work" or "Admin") rather than individual small tasks to reduce the mental penalty of context switching.
