    my digestive system is very weak so i lost a lot of weight lately. How to gain weight accordind ti chinese medicine knowing that the digestive system is not very strong? I can’t digest heavy meals, I can have very little fat etc. If I don’t want to feel unconfortable after a meal I reduce the amount of food but this make me loose weight and I’m already underweight. I want as many advice on the topic as possible, even if it sounds complicated to do
