Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie é uma aclamada romancista nigeriana e ícone feminista, autora de Hibisco Roxo, um romance de formação inovador que explora família, religião e agitação política na Nigéria pós-colonial. Nascida em Enugu em 1977 e criada no campus da Universidade da Nigéria, Adichie baseia-se em sua herança Igbo e em experiências diretas de transição social para criar esta estreia emocionalmente carregada.
