Jessica Ortner built her public career at the intersection of personal-development media and EFT tapping. A personal struggle with dieting and binge eating, which she later traced back to age 14, became one of the formative experiences behind her writing on change, shame, and self-worth. Rather than follow a conventional academic route, she opted out of college, studied digital journalism through the New York Film Academy in conjunction with NBC News, and began interviewing leaders in innovation, healing, and success.
