Jeff Foster

Jeff Foster is a British author and speaker whose books explore nonduality, mindfulness, emotional healing, and radical acceptance. Best known for The Deepest Acceptance and Falling in Love with Where You Are, he is widely read in contemporary spirituality circles for accessible, emotionally grounded guidance.

Biografia e Jornada do Autor

Jeff Foster is a British writer and speaker whose work grew out of a difficult personal reorientation rather than a conventional literary apprenticeship. He studied astrophysics at Cambridge University, but the years around graduation were marked by depression and physical illness, followed by an intense spiritual search. In his mid-twenties, that search, in his own telling, gave way to a recognition of the “non-dual” nature of experience and to a renewed attention to ordinary life. That turning point supplied the basis for the body of writing and teaching for which he became known: reflective, psychologically aware, and centered on presence rather than self-improvement as conquest. I am putting together my own workshop on wellness/ manifestation/ self concept / mindfulness. My main pillars are: regulation (coming out of survival and actually feeling safe / more emotionally resilient), rewiring (subliminals, affirmations, embodiment) and receiving (detachment. allowing ourselves to recieve what we want and actually feeling worthy of it) so i see it as a trauma informed (where appropriate) big sister guide on how to live a happier and more fulfilling life. i would like you to give me more information and insights on each of the pillars i mentioned. pulling from neville; dr joe dispenza, abraham hicks, and anyone else who is relevant. i want it to be presented in a way that isn’t textbook or clinical when it comes to the nervous system stuff. i want it to be impactful but also digestable. explaining the importance of each concept and how to actually implement this into your daily life.
