The OBETA one-handed structure is an educational organizational model designed to streamline school management by integrating internal departments with specific teaching roles. These include Quality Planning, Operations (Bedrijfsvoering), and Marketing and Communication. By separating these functions into dedicated teams, the school ensures that professional standards are met in every area, allowing the teaching staff to focus more effectively on their specific educational roles and student outcomes.
The model organizes the school into three distinct levels: underbouw, middenbouw, and bovenbouw.
