你今天喂给 AI 的一段公司核心代码，很可能在几个月后，就变成了它教给竞争对手的一个知识点。这种泄露是物理意义上的不可逆——数据一旦进入了云端服务器，就像往大海里滴了一滴墨水，你根本没法把它捞回来。
为什么不要把公司机密粘贴进 AI 工具？解析大语言模型的数据处理机制、潜在的安全泄露风险，以及企业内部的安全使用守则。
当你向 AI 输入信息时，这个过程被称为“推理”。由于大语言模型的底层逻辑需要不断吸收新数据来提升性能，许多公共 AI 平台的隐私政策规定它们可以使用用户输入的内容来“改进模型”。这意味着你输入的私密代码或会议纪要可能会被纳入模型的训练池，并在未来以知识点的形式被 AI 讲述给其他用户，甚至竞争对手。此外，高级攻击者有时能通过特殊手段从模型的反应中还原出曾经的训练样本。
在法律专家看来，这种行为可能导致你失去法律对“商业秘密”的保护。根据一些法院判例，如果你将包含保密协议的文档上传至第三方公共 AI 平台，法院可能认为你已主动放弃了隐私权利。在中国即将施行的相关规定中，商业秘密必须采取“合理的保密措施”才能受到法律保护。一旦数据进入云端，这种泄露在物理上是不可逆的，企业核心竞争力的法律护城河也会随之崩塌。
“影子 AI”是指员工为了完成工作，绕过公司禁令，私下使用个人账号或非官方渠道访问 AI 工具的现象。如果公司一味禁止使用 AI 而不提供安全的官方通道，员工往往会选择隐蔽地使用，这使得公司完全无法监控输入的内容，风险反而成倍增长。随着 AI 进化到“智能体”阶段，如果给予这些自主工具过高权限，还可能引发智能体被恶意诱导而主动打包外泄敏感数据的风险。
首先应建立明确的数据分类指引，严禁将个人隐私、财务秘密、客户保密资料、核心技术代码及受监管的行业数据直接喂给 AI。在处理敏感任务时，应学会对数据进行“打码”处理，例如用代称替换真实人名或具体金额。其次，应优先使用公司提供的“商业版”或“企业版”工具，因为这些版本通常在合同中承诺数据不会被用于模型训练。最后，应定期检查智能体助手的权限，确保其访问范围仅限于必要的工作内容。
当错误发生时，诚实上报比掩盖更为重要。企业应当建立“不惩罚文化”，鼓励员工在误输入敏感信息后立即向安全团队报告。只有这样，公司才能在第一时间联系平台方申请删除数据，或采取其他及时的补救措施。这种做法借鉴了航空业的经验，通过报告小错误来避免系统性的大灾难。及时沟通能让错误在演变成不可挽回的损失之前被拦截。

I love the fact that I can get useful, condensed, information and ideas in a 8 - 15 minute podcast style audio. I'm not a general fan of podcasts because of all the fluff, but this cuts through all that.

I am finishing up my doctorate, and have to read a lot of unfamiliar material... With BeFreed, you simply enter a prompt, and the app finds source material for you and generates an audio podcast. I find the process in BeFreed to be more streamlined than NotebookLM.
