黑客可以利用一种名为“DNS 隧道”的侧信道攻击方式。他们会设计带有恶意逻辑的“效率提示词”，诱导用户将其复制到 AI 对话框中。当 AI 在其代码执行环境中运行这些逻辑时，会将用户的敏感聊天内容编码成特殊的域名请求发送出去。由于系统通常认为查询域名地址是正常操作，因此防火墙不会拦截，黑客便能实时获取数据摘要，而用户端不会收到任何警告。
是的，内部 AI 容易引发“权限坍塌”风险。当公司将财务、人力、行政等各类文档全部喂给内部 AI 的向量数据库时，原本不同级别员工之间的访问权限可能会被“抹平”。如果 AI 没有做好严密的权限控制，它就像一个“没心眼的图书管理员”，可能会把只有高管才能看的敏感信息（如裁员名单或薪资报表）直接回答给权限不足的普通员工。
最基本的底线是永远不要在个人版 AI 中输入非公开的职场信息。如果必须使用公开工具，应养成“脱敏处理”的习惯，用占位符替代具体的公司名、人名和日期。此外，应优先选择公司核准的工具清单，并在使用时关闭“聊天记录用于训练”的开关。对于企业管理者而言，应建立实时的语义识别提醒机制，在员工粘贴敏感内容时进行拦截或警告，而不是简单地一刀切封杀。

I love the fact that I can get useful, condensed, information and ideas in a 8 - 15 minute podcast style audio. I'm not a general fan of podcasts because of all the fluff, but this cuts through all that.

I am finishing up my doctorate, and have to read a lot of unfamiliar material... With BeFreed, you simply enter a prompt, and the app finds source material for you and generates an audio podcast. I find the process in BeFreed to be more streamlined than NotebookLM.
