A simple approach uses a "bullseye" diagram with key decision-makers in the center and those who influence them in outer circles, helping identify potential winning and blocking coalitions.
With deeper insights into key stakeholders, you can develop influence strategies using seven tools: consultation, framing, social pressure, choice-shaping, entanglement, sequencing, and action-forcing events.
