
Barry Schwartz is an American psychologist and Swarthmore College professor whose work explores decision-making, consumer culture, motivation, and practical wisdom. He is best known for the bestseller The Paradox of Choice; his books also include Practical Wisdom and Why We Work, and his TED talk on choice has drawn over 19 million plays.
