    Jackson: Tal cual. Y lo curioso es que, aunque hoy hablemos de algoritmos y Silicon Valley, los que mejor explicaron este lío nacieron hace más de un siglo. Imagínate sentar en una mesa a Marx, Durkheim y Weber para que se peleen por ver quién tiene la culpa de que tu jefe gane mil veces más que tú.

    Nia: ¡No me digas! Sería un caos. Me imagino a Marx gritando algo sobre la plusvalía mientras Weber le corrige con una ironía sobre la burocracia. Pero, a ver, ¿realmente se pondrían de acuerdo en algo o acabarían tirándose los libros a la cabeza?

    Jackson: Pues mira, hay algo clave aquí: aunque chocan en casi todo, Durkheim y Marx coinciden en que la sociedad es la que manda sobre el individuo, mientras que Weber es más de decir "ojo, que cada persona es un mundo".
