    Blythe : Bah écoute, c'est hyper classique. En fait, il y a un truc assez déculpabilisant là-dedans : quand on est célibataire, notre système d'attachement est juste "dormant". Il n'y a pas de stress relationnel, donc pas de menace de rejet ou d'abandon. C'est seulement quand on commence à tenir à quelqu'un que les vieux dossiers remontent à la surface.

    Nia : Ah ouais, donc c'est pas qu'elle a "régressé" ou qu'elle est "trop", c'est juste que le terrain de jeu a changé ?

    Blythe : C'est ça. Pour quelqu'un qui a un attachement anxieux, l'incertitude du début, c'est presque intolérable. Le cerveau passe en mode hypervigilance automatique. C'est pas un défaut de caractère, c'est une stratégie de survie du système nerveux qui a appris, souvent très tôt, que l'amour n'était pas un truc sur lequel on pouvait compter aveuglément.

    Nia : Et du coup, on finit par faire exactement l'inverse de ce qu'on voudrait, genre étouffer l'autre pour se rassurer. Pour comprendre pourquoi on s'inflige ça, faut qu'on regarde d'où ça vient vraiment...
