Aber unterm Strich ist es oft genau das Gegenteil, was die psychologischen Trigger auslöst. Wenn du cool bleibst, obwohl dir Sauce auf die Bluse tropft, signalisierst du ja Souveränität. Das ist viel anziehender als jede perfekte Fassade.

    Miles: Absolut. Das Entscheidende ist halt die Mischung aus Selbstbewusstsein und Authentizität. Es gibt da diesen interessanten Mechanismus: Wenn du dich nicht verstellst und sogar deine Ecken und Kanten zeigst, wirkt das auf Männer oft wie ein „Wow-Effekt“, weil es so selten ist. Es geht darum, eine Art Abenteurer-Lifestyle zu führen, bei dem der Typ merkt: „Hey, die Frau ist unabhängig, die braucht mich nicht unbedingt, um ein spannendes Leben zu haben.“

    Lena: Das klingt logisch, aber wie kriegt man das hin, ohne dass es wie ein billiger Trick wirkt? Ich meine, man will ja, dass er wirklich an einen denkt, wenn man nicht im Raum ist.
