    Lena: Sério?! Vinte anos? Cara, eu não sabia disso. Mas faz total sentido quando a gente olha pra nossa rotina. Às vezes a gente gasta um tempão em "processamento de transação", tipo respondendo e-mail ou arrumando planilha, e não sobra nada pra decidir o que realmente importa. É aquela sensação de "saco vazio não para em pé", né? Se a gente não cuida da base, a ação não vem.

    Miles: É bem por aí. E tem um detalhe: ser produtivo não é ser uma máquina de fazer tarefa sem parar ou extrapolar o horário. É saber gerenciar o tempo pra entregar mais com menos esforço, respeitando os nossos limites e até as pausas. Pra entender como virar essa chave e realmente tomar as rédeas da situação, a gente precisa começar por entender o que de fato trava o nosso processo de decisão.
