    La presión constante por ser productivos, entendida como la generación de trabajo en serie, está afectando negativamente nuestra capacidad creativa. En el podcast se menciona que hasta el 75% de las personas sienten esta presión, lo que termina por 'matar la chispa' de la innovación. Lena destaca que nos hemos enfocado tanto en sacar trabajo de forma mecánica que hemos dejado de lado el espacio necesario para ser creativos y disfrutar de nuestras actividades.

    La psicóloga Lucía Feito sostiene que la conciliación laboral y personal no es una suma matemática donde todas las piezas deben encajar perfectamente. Miles explica que, según Feito, la conciliación debe entenderse como un proceso de salud mental y de gestión de límites emocionales. El gran engaño de nuestra época es creer que es posible ser perfectos en todas las áreas simultáneamente, cuando en realidad se trata de aceptar que no todo tiene que dar un resultado perfecto.

    Sentimos culpa porque hemos aceptado el relato de que fallamos si no logramos ser estrellas en el trabajo y, al mismo tiempo, padres o amigos presentes y descansados. Lena comenta que esta sensación de estar 'en falta permanentemente' surge tanto al quedarse en la oficina como al estar en casa sin poder desconectar del móvil. Esta carga emocional es el resultado de intentar armar un rompecabezas con piezas que simplemente no encajan en la realidad.
