    **Eli:** Tal cual. Es que es muy fácil caer en el "piloto automático" y olvidarse de que Joseph Pilates llamó a esto "Contrología". No se trata de cuántas repeticiones haces, sino de la precisión. Si vas rápido, pierdes el control, y si pierdes el control, el músculo que trabaja es el que no debe. Al final, después de un año, lo que toca es dejar de "hacer gimnasia" y empezar a mover el cuerpo con inteligencia.
