Third, practice "information control" by deciding who gets to see the messy parts of your growth and who only gets the "finished product" at the front door. Finally, "plant flags" in your home by decorating or acting in ways that assert your presence and ownership of the space.

This reaction is a signal that a boundary has been violated and that your internal sanctuary is being invaded.
