The Assurance Stack moves the focus from model accuracy to total system reliability through three layers of validation. Input Assurance checks the integrity and freshness of data before it reaches the AI; Model and Context Assurance ensures the AI follows regulatory guidelines like GDPR; and Output/Action Assurance provides "Governed Action Gateways" where high-stakes decisions require human oversight or clear audit trails.
