Gerald Graff é um distinto teórico da educação e coautor de They Say/I Say: The Moves That Matter in Academic Writing, um livro didático inovador que desmistifica a argumentação acadêmica. Nascido em Chicago em 1937 e formado pela Universidade de Chicago e Stanford, Graff dedicou sua carreira a tornar o discurso acadêmico acessível a todos os estudantes.
