Kenichirō "Ken" Mogi é o autor de The Way of Nagomi e um renomado neurocientista, escritor e radialista japonês radicado em Tóquio. Nascido em 1962, Mogi traz sua experiência em ciência do cérebro e filosofia para explorar o conceito japonês de nagomi — a arte de viver harmoniosamente e encontrar o equilíbrio na vida cotidiana.

Este livro de autoajuda e filosofia baseia-se em sua missão de compreender a conexão mente-cérebro e em décadas de pesquisa nos Laboratórios de Ciência da Computação da Sony, onde atua como pesquisador sênior.
