Cognitive Behavioral Therapy offers something revolutionary: practical tools to dismantle the walls we've built in our minds, one thought at a time. CBT didn't emerge from abstract theory-it was born from clinical necessity. Traditional psychoanalysis left patients spending years exploring childhood memories with minimal relief.
