逆向工作法要求产品经理在写代码前先写好产品的新闻发布会稿件，明确交付给用户的核心价值，再以此倒推技术方案。例如，为了防止模型幻觉，可能需要倒推是否引入 RAG 向量数据库或反向验证逻辑。此外，产品经理应通过“人机 Parity 测试”来验证可行性：如果一个具备相关数据的人类都无法完成该任务，那么 AI 大概率也会失败。这种方法能确保技术是为商业闭环服务，而不是盲目的“技术自嗨”。
“马上干”并非盲目加速，而是拒绝过度设计，优先通过最小可行性产品（MVP）进行灰度验证。在“氛围感编程”（Vibe Coding）时代，通过描述意图即可快速生成应用，这要求产品经理必须具备“前置风控”意识，在第一周就跑通云端最小链路以发现算力瓶颈。与其花数月写 PRD，不如快速迭代并对标前沿产品（如 Manus Pro 或 Coze），利用 AI 工具打破与研发的技术壁垒。
由于 AI 的逻辑是概率性的，当出现错误分类或偏见回答时，产品经理需要像侦探一样深入数据一线，排查是 Prompt、RAG 检索还是微调数据的问题。这种精神体现在建立严密的标准操作程序（SOP）和自动化预检工具上。同时，产品经理应设计“优雅降级”的用户体验，当模型信心值低时引导用户进入“澄清流”，将 UI 界面核心定义为“审核、编辑、批准”，从而管理不确定性。
真正的 AI 原生产品必须通过“删除测试”：如果关掉模型调用，产品应变成一个毫无用处的空壳。在设计上，它应从“表单输入”转向“提示词输入”，让软件成为能自主调用功能的协作伙伴而非冷冰冰的工具。AI 原生产品应具备“默认代理”胆识，在后台主动为用户执行任务，同时通过展示引用来源等方式建立透明度，形成信任闭环。

I love the fact that I can get useful, condensed, information and ideas in a 8 - 15 minute podcast style audio. I'm not a general fan of podcasts because of all the fluff, but this cuts through all that.

I am finishing up my doctorate, and have to read a lot of unfamiliar material... With BeFreed, you simply enter a prompt, and the app finds source material for you and generates an audio podcast. I find the process in BeFreed to be more streamlined than NotebookLM.
