Lisa See est l'auteure à succès du New York Times de Fleur de Neige et l'Éventail secret et une voix de premier plan de la fiction historique sur les femmes chinoises et sino-américaines. Née en 1955 à Los Angeles, See s'appuie sur son héritage sino-américain pour éclairer les expériences des femmes à travers les siècles.
