Victoria Elizabeth Schwab est l'autrice numéro 1 des ventes du New York Times pour A Gathering of Shadows (Vicious), le deuxième volet de sa célèbre série de fantasy Shades of Magic. Née en 1987, Schwab s'est imposée comme une maîtresse des mondes de fantasy immersifs et des systèmes de magie complexes, façonnant des histoires qui brouillent les frontières entre héros et méchants à travers de multiples univers parallèles.
