The path to lasting change isn't about white-knuckling your way through temporary behaviors - it's about courageously stepping into who you truly want to become. The reason most habit changes fail is focusing solely on behaviors without embracing the identity behind them. To lose weight permanently, you must become someone who naturally maintains a healthy weight, not just someone temporarily dieting.
