A real yogi is someone who leaves a space a little bit nicer than they found it. It’s not about massive, world-altering gestures; it’s about that tiny shift in the atmosphere because you were there.
I would love to learn some yoga sutras or philosophy about leaving a space better than when you got there. Not transferring your energy that’s shitty to others, having purpose each day, being mindful and what that looks like and what that means. Any books or philosophy to back this up would be helpful.
