These supervisors can detect if an agent is repeating mistakes, deviating from the brand's tone, or being targeted by "prompt injection" attacks, allowing them to intercept the conversation or escalate it to a human if necessary.
Sierra uses an "outcomes-based" model rather than charging a flat fee or per-message rate. They typically only get paid when an agent successfully resolves a task completely on its own.
