Here's the liberating truth: your best work doesn't have to be your job. It's whatever makes you come alive, serves both you and others, and requires you to show up despite uncertainty. Maybe it's raising thoughtful children, organizing your neighborhood, or mastering sourdough bread. The key is recognizing that we live in a project-driven world where everything changes every few years anyway. Projects become mirrors reflecting who we are and bridges to who we're becoming.
