Love Conquers All

Mikhail follows Bianca and her mother as they shop at the mall. Though he had declined to accompany them, sending Denis as a bodyguard, he couldn't bear the thought of other men looking at his wife. He's been discreetly following them for three hours, watching every move and intimidating any man who shows interest in Bianca. Meanwhile, Bianca endures her mother's criticism of Mikhail's "uncivilized" behavior at her grandmother's party. When her mother comments that people call them "beauty and the beast" and questions how she can let him touch her, Bianca responds with an explicit message on her phone describing how much she enjoys her husband sexually. She also threatens to reveal that her sister Allegra has implants if she continues spreading lies about Mikhail. When her mother tries on dresses, Bianca feels someone touch her waist and discovers it's Mikhail. He confesses he's been following her because he couldn't concentrate at work imagining other men looking at her. Far from being annoyed, Bianca is aroused by his possessiveness, and they end up having a passionate encounter in the women's bathroom. Later, Bianca meets Nina Petrova, the Pakhan's wife, who is nothing like she expected-a young, casual woman with torn jeans and a nose piercing, pregnant and frustrated by her husband Roman's overprotectiveness. Nina takes Bianca to the chaotic kitchen where a Russian chef named Igor and other women argue loudly. Despite the language barrier, Bianca manages to instruct Igor to prepare her pasta recipe, with Nina translating and threatening the chef when necessary. Meanwhile, Mikhail discusses the recent attacks with Roman. They discover that although the attackers were Albanians, they were likely hired by Bruno, Bianca's father, as part of a plan to pit the Bratva against the Albanians so he could offer drugs to the latter. Mikhail shows Roman a photo of Bianca's brother meeting with a Mexican drug supplier, confirming their suspicions. Mikhail confesses he's in love with Bianca but admits he's never revealed his true work as the Bratva's torturer and interrogator, fearing she couldn't accept it. When a warehouse fire is reported, Mikhail leaves to help. Bianca asks him to let her know when he's safe. When he returns home at three in the morning covered in soot, Bianca is waiting, worried. She helps him clean up in the shower, leading to an intimate encounter that continues in the bedroom. Afterward, Bianca confronts Mikhail about his tendency to hide his right eye and scars. With determination, she declares she's in love with him and won't let him keep hiding: "I'm in love with you. Every part of you. Including your grumpy personality. Accept it." Mikhail, visibly moved, responds in Russian that he loves her with all his heart and won't let anyone take her away. For the first time, he allows her to kiss his scarred right eye, a moment of profound intimacy and acceptance.

The Ultimate Test

Through Nina, Bianca learns the traumatic history of Mikhail's family: his father worked for the old Pakhan (Roman's father), who suspected him of stealing money. As punishment, the Pakhan brought Mikhail's entire family to a warehouse, killed his mother, ordered his sister to be raped in front of Mikhail and his father, and brutally tortured Mikhail to make his father confess. Everyone except Mikhail died. Roman found him the next day and killed his own father upon discovering what happened. Devastated by this knowledge, Bianca cries for hours and pretends to sleep when Mikhail returns home. Later, when she lies beside him, she expresses her love while tracing the scars on his body with her fingers. The next day, after an intimate encounter, Mikhail must leave for a meeting with Roman. Before departing, they exchange words of love, and Bianca asks him to be careful. She offers to wake and prepare Lena for school. After Mikhail leaves, Bianca wakes Lena, who calls her "mom" before leaving, creating a warm feeling in Bianca's heart. Later, Bianca receives an urgent call from her sister Allegra about a problem with Milene. Rushing out of the apartment, she's intercepted by her father, who forces her into his car and beats her unconscious. Meanwhile, Mikhail receives a photo of Bianca beaten and tied up. Bruno Scardoni calls demanding he come alone to a specific address. Mikhail sends a message to Denis requesting backup and heads to the location. In an abandoned house, Bruno reveals to Bianca that he orchestrated the wedding shooting and the assassination attempt against Mikhail to provoke a war between the Bratva and Albanians. He confesses his plan failed when Mikhail destroyed a shipment worth fifteen million, putting him in danger with the Don. When Mikhail arrives and kills the guards, Bruno puts a gun to Bianca's temple and cruelly reveals that Mikhail is known as "the Butcher" because he tortures people for the Bratva. Mikhail confirms this with an apologetic gesture, and Bianca reflects on the violent nature of the criminal world they both inhabit. Accepting this reality, Bianca gestures to Mikhail that she loves him. Bruno orders Mikhail to handcuff himself to a radiator and begins shooting him, wounding him in the shoulder. Bianca manages to free herself, retrieves Mikhail's gun, and shoots her father in the thigh and shoulder. Denis arrives to help, but Bruno pulls out a hidden gun and tries to shoot Mikhail in the back. Bianca attempts to intervene, but Mikhail protects her and takes the bullet. Denis kills Bruno while Mikhail collapses from a gunshot wound that pierces his lung.

Healing Through Love

Six weeks after the shooting incident, Mikhail has recovered from his injuries, though he still wears his arm in a sling. Bianca prepares a special surprise for him in the gym, where she's arranged dim lighting and music. When Chopin's Nocturne begins, she dances for him, performing sequences from Swan Lake while he watches intensely. As "All Of Me" by John Legend plays, Bianca approaches Mikhail, removes his eye patch, and whispers, "All of me, all of you." She takes off his tie and shirt, kissing his scarred eyelid while saying, "All your imperfections." Touching the bullet scar on his back, Bianca can't hold back tears, remembering how close she came to losing him. Unable to bear seeing her cry, Mikhail comforts her intimately, taking her to the bedroom where they make love passionately. Afterward, Bianca tries to prepare piroshki for dinner with Lena but struggles with the dough. While exchanging messages with Nina about the recipe, she learns that Sergei has destroyed his house because a girl disappeared. At that moment, Mikhail surprises her with a yellow rose and confesses he's always been her greatest admirer, remembering when he first saw her on a poster, shining like a sun among the other dancers. They declare their love for each other, with Mikhail affectionately calling her "solnyshko" (little sun). "I've loved you from the first moment I saw you dance," he admits, finally revealing himself as the mysterious admirer who left yellow roses after her performances. In this world of violence and darkness, Mikhail and Bianca have found an unexpected light in each other. Their story proves that even the most broken souls can find healing through love, and that beauty truly can tame the beast-not by changing him, but by accepting and loving every scarred and damaged part of him. Through broken whispers and silent promises, they've built a family and a future neither thought possible.
