Le perfectionnisme (le driver "Sois Parfait") peut mener à une paralysie par l'analyse et à l'épuisement, car on cherche à éviter le jugement du marché. Le driver "Dépêche-toi" provoque une agitation stérile et des erreurs d'inattention, tandis que le driver "Sois Fort" empêche de demander de l'aide, poussant l'individu à tout porter seul jusqu'à l'épuisement. Identifier son moteur dominant permet de repérer quand une qualité bascule dans l'excès et devient un poison pour le business.

    L'automatisation permet de libérer de la charge mentale en confiant les tâches répétitives à une "stack" d'outils technologiques (comme un CRM, des séquences d'emails ou des planificateurs de rendez-vous). En devenant l'architecte de son propre système plutôt qu'une "secrétaire de luxe", l'entrepreneur gagne du temps pour se concentrer sur des décisions stratégiques à fort impact. Cette organisation réduit la fatigue et renforce la résilience, car elle permet au business de continuer à fonctionner efficacement sans que chaque micro-tâche ne dépende d'une action manuelle.

    La solitude est considérée comme l'un des pièges les plus vicieux car elle renforce le sentiment de fragilité face aux doutes. La résilience n'est pas une endurance solitaire, mais une capacité à s'entourer de ses pairs pour obtenir du recul et normaliser l'échec. Intégrer des réseaux ou des groupes d'entrepreneurs permet de briser les tabous, de partager des solutions concrètes et de bénéficier d'un "ravitaillement émotionnel". Contrairement au mythe du "requin" solitaire, les profils collaboratifs et agréables sont souvent plus performants sur le long terme car ils savent mobiliser des ressources humaines.

    La transition commence par la définition d'une vision claire et le choix délibéré de ce que l'on ne fait pas pour éviter la dispersion. Il est conseillé de lister toutes ses tâches et d'utiliser une matrice de priorité pour identifier celles qui ont un impact réel sur le chiffre d'affaires. Les actions doivent être découpées en étapes concrètes, et les processus doivent être documentés dès le premier jour pour faciliter une future délégation. Enfin, adopter un "money mindset" consiste à voir l'argent comme un levier d'investissement plutôt que comme une simple ressource limitée, en calculant systématiquement le retour sur investissement de son temps et de ses dépenses.
