전기 및 작가의 여정

Jeff Foster is a British writer and speaker whose work grew out of a difficult personal reorientation rather than a conventional literary apprenticeship. He studied astrophysics at Cambridge University, but the years around graduation were marked by depression and physical illness, followed by an intense spiritual search. In his mid-twenties, that search, in his own telling, gave way to a recognition of the “non-dual” nature of experience and to a renewed attention to ordinary life. That turning point supplied the basis for the body of writing and teaching for which he became known: reflective, psychologically aware, and centered on presence rather than self-improvement as conquest.
