출생: June 07, 1990 – The Bronx, New York, United States
Adam Silvera is an American young adult and crossover novelist focused on queer coming-of-age, grief, identity, and speculative romance. He is best known for They Both Die at the End, More Happy Than Not, and History Is All You Left Me. His books are bestselling and widely translated, with a large global readership.
Adam Silvera emerged as one of the most recognizable voices in contemporary young adult fiction by pairing high-concept premises with emotionally direct storytelling. Born and raised in the Bronx, he is of Puerto Rican heritage, and his New York upbringing remained central to the texture of his work: crowded neighborhoods, intimate friendships, family strain, and the feeling of trying to define oneself in a city that can be both isolating and full of possibility. Before publishing fiction, he worked in children’s publishing and bookselling, experiences that gave him a close view of the market as well as of the readers he would eventually reach.
