Ses sentiments sont réels sur le moment, mais sa capacité à les assumer dans la durée reste instable.

    La règle d'or est d'éviter la réaction réflexe et d'appliquer un délai de réflexion de 24 à 48 heures avant de répondre. Pour évacuer l'énergie émotionnelle, on peut écrire une réponse pour soi-même dans un carnet sans l'envoyer. Si une réponse est nécessaire, elle doit être courte et sobre, indiquant simplement que l'on a besoin de temps pour digérer l'information.
