Barbara Ellen Kingsolver è l'autrice vincitrice del Premio Pulitzer di The Poisonwood Bible (Gli occhi dell'atropina), un capolavoro letterario che esplora il colonialismo, la fede e lo scontro culturale nell'Africa post-coloniale.
