    La plusvalía es la diferencia entre el valor que un trabajador genera y el salario que recibe para subsistir. En el guion se explica que, en el caso de plataformas como Uber o Rappi, esta se manifiesta cuando la empresa reporta ingresos multimillonarios mientras los repartidores asumen todos los costos operativos (vehículo, mantenimiento, gasolina y riesgos de accidentes). Es el motor de la desigualdad, donde el beneficio fluye hacia la empresa mientras el trabajador pone la infraestructura física.

    La alienación ocurre cuando el trabajador se siente un extraño en su propia labor porque no es dueño ni del proceso ni del producto. Según el guion, hoy esto se traduce en la "sociedad del cansancio", donde las personas se explotan a sí mismas bajo una falsa ilusión de libertad. El trabajador se convierte en un "apéndice de carne" de una maquinaria digital o un algoritmo, perdiendo su esencia creativa y sintiéndose "en casa" solo cuando no está trabajando.

    El algoritmo sustituye al jefe humano tradicional, utilizando GPS y sensores para controlar cada movimiento del trabajador con una precisión matemática. Este sistema dicta ritmos de trabajo basados en la eficiencia de la máquina y no en la resistencia humana, eliminando la posibilidad de diálogo o negociación. Además, fomenta la competencia entre compañeros, rompiendo la solidaridad social al priorizar a quienes cumplen con métricas de productividad opacas.

    La ideología funciona como un par de gafas que ocultan la realidad de la explotación. Al vender la idea de que un repartidor o un freelancer es un "microemprendedor", el sistema traslada la responsabilidad de la precariedad al individuo. Si el trabajador no tiene éxito o se agota, siente que es su culpa por no esforzarse lo suficiente, en lugar de cuestionar una estructura económica diseñada para absorber su energía y descartarlo cuando ya no es productivo.

    Marx señalaba que el capitalismo tiende a desarrollar tecnología avanzada que podría liberar al ser humano del trabajo, pero bajo el sistema actual, se utiliza para excluir a las personas y concentrar la riqueza. La contradicción reside en que, al sustituir a miles de trabajadores por robots para aumentar la eficiencia, el sistema empobrece a la misma masa de gente que necesita que consuma sus productos, lo que eventualmente puede llevar al colapso del modelo.
