    Jackson: Tal cual. Y lo curioso es que, aunque hoy hablemos de algoritmos y Silicon Valley, los que mejor explicaron este lío nacieron hace más de un siglo. Imagínate sentar en una mesa a Marx, Durkheim y Weber para que se peleen por ver quién tiene la culpa de que tu jefe gane mil veces más que tú.

    Nia: ¡No me digas! Sería un caos. Me imagino a Marx gritando algo sobre la plusvalía mientras Weber le corrige con una ironía sobre la burocracia. Pero, a ver, ¿realmente se pondrían de acuerdo en algo o acabarían tirándose los libros a la cabeza?

    Jackson: Pues mira, hay algo clave aquí: aunque chocan en casi todo, Durkheim y Marx coinciden en que la sociedad es la que manda sobre el individuo, mientras que Weber es más de decir "ojo, que cada persona es un mundo". Para entender por qué hoy unos tienen tanto y otros tan poco, hay que empezar por ver cómo cada uno de ellos diagnostica esta enfermedad social.
