Ruth Ware (née Ruth Warburton en 1977) est l'auteure de best-sellers internationaux tels que The It Girl, un thriller psychologique explorant la mémoire, la vérité et l'impact durable des traumatismes. La romancière britannique élabore des récits tendus et atmosphériques centrés sur des femmes luttant pour être crues, s'inspirant de ses propres anxiétés sociales et de ses peurs personnelles.
