Fred Kofman

Né(e): October 10, 1960 – Buenos Aires, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina

Fred Kofman is an economist, executive coach, and leadership advisor focused on conscious business, organizational culture, and values-based management. He is best known for Conscious Business and The Meaning Revolution, and for senior leadership-development work with companies including LinkedIn and Google, influencing executives worldwide.

Biographie et Parcours de l'Auteur

Fred Kofman grew up in Argentina before building an academic career in the United States. He earned a PhD in economics from the University of California, Berkeley, specializing in advanced theory and industrial organization, and from 1990 to 1996 taught at MIT Sloan while also serving as a senior researcher in the Organizational Learning Center under Peter Senge. That combination of economics, systems thinking, and organizational learning became the foundation of his later work: leadership, in his account, had to be both analytically rigorous and deeply human.
