    “

The goal is to move from a system that remembers everything to a system that helps you execute the right things. On a Supernote, storage is your attention; every task you write down takes physical effort and visual space.

    Pregunta de entrada

I am Supernote nomad and manta user. I am using bullet journal effectively. I am having different note book for various office weekly reviews. I am also having a note book per employee. Also separate note book for projects. I am fan of GTD. earlier I was using OnniFocus which has make than 3000 tasks. It still has few important projects. How do I migrate Omnifocus to Supernote. Also want to implement GTD in Supernote. want to blend bullet kunal as way to capture tasks.

    Preguntas frecuentes

Integrating OmniFocus with a Supernote Nomad requires a shift from digital databases to intentional thinking. Rather than moving thousands of tasks, use the Supernote as a tactile bridge for your Bullet Journal. This approach prevents your device from becoming a cluttered digital abyss and helps you manage 'productivity debt' by focusing only on what is essential for your current projects and employee management.

The Supernote Star System is a powerful alternative to the complex metadata and nested folders found in apps like OmniFocus. By using a simple, hand-drawn gesture, you can flag important items directly on your Supernote Nomad or Manta. This tactile method replaces digital tagging with a more streamlined, visual way to identify what matters right now, maintaining the simplicity of your handwritten workflow.

Productivity debt occurs when a massive digital backlog, like three thousand tasks in OmniFocus, becomes a psychological weight. To manage this on a Supernote, avoid the urge to transfer every task. Instead, treat the Supernote as a thinking tool rather than a database. By utilizing the Supernote Star System and specific notebooks for projects, you can maintain a clean, intentional Bullet Journaling practice without the freight train of digital clutter.

The Supernote is designed for digital minimalism and intentionality, prioritizing the manual feel of a Bullet Journal over complex task management. Unlike OmniFocus, which can hold years of projects, the Supernote encourages a tactile way of working. Using tools like the Manta folio and the Star System, it allows users to focus on active thinking and immediate tasks rather than getting lost in a digital abyss of metadata.
