Discover TCM's approach to strengthening weak digestion while gaining weight through gentle nourishment, warming foods, and strategic eating patterns that avoid discomfort while rebuilding your Spleen Qi.

Traditional Chinese Medicine teaches that your digestive system needs warmth to function properly—think of it like a gentle cooking fire inside you. When you consume lots of cold, raw foods, your body has to work extra hard to 'cook' them internally before they can be processed.
my digestive system is very weak so i lost a lot of weight lately. How to gain weight accordind ti chinese medicine knowing that the digestive system is not very strong? I can’t digest heavy meals, I can have very little fat etc. If I don’t want to feel unconfortable after a meal I reduce the amount of food but this make me loose weight and I’m already underweight. I want as many advice on the topic as possible, even if it sounds complicated to do
