Además, los estudios citados en el guion indican que el cambio constante de tareas o "multitarea" puede reducir la productividad general hasta en un 40%.

    Para quienes trabajan en entornos ruidosos o bajo las órdenes de un maestro, se recomienda la "filosofía rítmica". Esto implica crear un hábito fijo, como bloquear los primeros 60 a 90 minutos de la jornada para la tarea más difícil antes de que el taller se vuelva caótico. También se sugiere la técnica del "periodista", que consiste en aprovechar huecos específicos de tiempo entre entregas de material o reuniones del supervisor. Es fundamental definir el objetivo de la sesión la tarde anterior para evitar la "fatiga por decisión" y entrar directo a la acción.

    Los rituales actúan como señales físicas que preparan al cerebro para entrar en un estado de flujo; por ejemplo, afilar las herramientas o limpiar el banco de trabajo antes de empezar comunica a la mente que es hora de producir valor. De igual forma, el "ritual de apagado" al final del día permite liberar el estrés y evitar que el residuo de atención afecte el descanso. El cerebro necesita periodos de desconexión analógica (sin pantallas) para fortalecer las conexiones neuronales y procesar lo aprendido, lo que a menudo permite encontrar soluciones creativas a problemas técnicos complejos durante los momentos de pausa.
