Kevin Kruse

Kevin Kruse is a business author focused on leadership, productivity, emotional intelligence, and employee engagement. A New York Times bestselling writer, he is known for We, Employee Engagement 2.0, 15 Secrets Successful People Know About Time Management, and Great Leaders Have No Rules, which target managers and professionals.

Biografía y Trayectoria del Autor

Kevin Kruse built his public identity as an author out of a founder’s apprenticeship in risk and reversal. Educated at Rutgers University, he started his first company at 22 and pushed so hard that he lived in a one-room office and showered at the YMCA, only to shut the venture down a year later in debt. That early failure became the first major turning point in a career that later included the building and sale of several multimillion-dollar technology companies, along with Inc. 500 recognition and Best Place to Work honors. Kruse has described that transition as the result of discovering what he calls Wholehearted Leadership and Extreme Productivity, ideas that would become the backbone of both his management philosophy and his writing.
