    The "Half-Plate Rule" suggests filling at least half of every meal with colorful fruits and vegetables, particularly dark leafy greens and berries. These foods are rich in the "holy trinity" of skin repair: Vitamins A, C, and E. These antioxidants act as an internal security detail, neutralizing free radicals from UV exposure and pollution before they can trigger the inflammatory pathways that lead to hyperpigmentation.
